The Bottom Line:
Voters manage their country by voting. Sometimes they vote for the status quo and sometimes they vote for change. In the United States where I live, both existing and revolutionary ideas are confirmed at the ballot box when we vote. I do not now or ever will advocate any other method to let elected officials know the will of the people in the republics they serve.
